Regular Rehearsals & String Sectional Rehearsals

Youth Orchestra: 1:00 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.
Youth Symphony: 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

AND

Violin I, Violin II, Viola, Cello & Bass Sectional Rehearsals
Please bring a music stand for the Sectional Rehearsals

Youth Symphony: 1:30 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.
Youth Orchestra: 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

All Orchestra and Symphony musicians are expected to attend sectionals in addition to the regular full ensemble rehearsals.

If a Youth Symphony or Youth Orchestra musician is unable to attend a rehearsal or concert, he/she must contact Cynthia Hutton (541-488-8471, 541-552-6546 or hutton@sou.edu) several days prior to the absence. Please send an e-mail concerning the absence to the YSSO office before the weekend. No one will receive telephone calls or e-mail messages at the offices on Saturday and Sunday.

Youth Strings: 1:00 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to unpack and tune.
The rehearsal begins promptly at 1:00 p.m.

If a Youth Strings musician cannot attend a rehearsal or a concert, he/she must contact Faina Podolnaya (541-482-3780; fainap1@charter.net) in advance.  Please send a copy of e-mail correspondence concerning any absence to the YSSO office. No one will receive telephone calls or e-mail messages at the YSSO office on the weekend.
