Concert Attire

The following information is also available in the YSSO Handbook.

There is a required dress code for each YSSO ensemble. Each ensemble is expected to present a unified appearance.

Musicians in violation of the dress code are instructed to contact a parent to ask for appropriate concert dress prior to concert time or may be required to wear concert dress provided by the YSSO. The musician will receive a letter concerning non-compliance with YSSO policies. If a musician is not in compliance with the dress code by the next concert, he/she will not be allowed to perform with the ensemble and may be expelled from the YSSO. Musicians who may not be able to find or purchase appropriate concert dress should contact the YSSO (ysso@mind.net or 541-858-8859).
