Advertising Rates and Contract [PDF]
Please consider investing in the Youth Symphony of Southern Oregon by placing an advertisement in the 2011-2012 Concert Series programs. Advertising is a wonderful way to acknowledge the dedication of the accomplished young musicians involved in the YSSO. The support of businesses, institutions and professional offices helps the YSSO maintain high artistic standards, serve the community, build capacity, offer affordable performances classical music for the public, and provide music training for young people.
Income from concert series program advertising, concert series partners (sponsors), foundations and agencies, and gifts from individuals helps underwrite concert-related expenses, including rental fees for rehearsal and concert venues, insurance, publicity and printing, fees for professional conductors and music coaches, the purchase or rental of music and orchestra management. Full season advertisers will reach an audience of thousands of community members and visitors to the Rogue Valley interested in performances of classical music, arts and cultural opportunities, and exemplary music programs for young people.
If you are a new YSSO advertiser or if you advertised in last season’s programs but wish to place a new ad, please complete and sign the Advertising Rate & Contract form and return the completed form by July 15, 2011, with a check payable to the Youth Symphony of Southern Oregon. Please include a hard copy of the camera ready ad with your check and signed contract form. The ad must be sent to the YSSO via e-mail (ysso@mind.net) as a digital file (PDF or JPEG) no later than August 3, 2011.
If you wish to place the same ad
that appeared in last season’s concert program(s), please complete
and sign the Advertising Rate & Contract form and return the completed
form to the YSSO office by July 15, 2011, with a check payable to the Youth Symphony of
Southern Oregon. Payment options also include Visa, MasterCard or by
invoice. Please note the dimensions for the horizontal business
card information-size ad.
Advertising options include both full season and
single Concert Series rates.
